NoSDO Construction Company, a leading indigenous Organization in Northern Sierra Leone was established on the 30th June 1998. Our Vision is to help develop the ravaged post war country in the areas of infrastructural development and the enhancement of socio-economic growth considering the urgent need to participate in the recovery effort of the war-torn country.

The Organization takes into cognizance the provision of life training skills and employment for youths and ex-combatants, creating business services in strive to improve human right and dignity through close collaboration with WFP, UNICEF, UNDP, IDEAS Ltd, CONCERN World Wide, European Union-EU, District Council, the Ministry of Education, MYS, DFID, NaCSA, PLAN, CARE International Sierra Leone, Addax Bio-energy, Salini/Salcost etc.

We Build The Nation

NoSDO is a multifaceted business enterprises engaged in the provision of various skills training and business services to clients within and outside Sierra Leone. The idea to set up this Company was borne out of the necessity to deliver quality goods and services at a reasonable cost. With the adverse effect of the ten (10) years brutal civil war on the social and economic aspect of the country still fresh on the minds of all, NoSDO comes in as a relief channel to restore the confidence and build up hope in the people that all is not lost.

This was done through the provision of training in basic skills such as Masonry, carpentry, welding & metal works, etc. and offering job opportunities for both skilled and unskilled members of our community. In a bid to promote full participation, positive change and Economic growth community participation comes first.
